AppDook provides software development, web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to:

3. User Eligibility
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up to date

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, are owned by AppDook or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 Client Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them, subject to the terms of the project agreement. However, we retain the right to:
- Use project work in our portfolio and marketing materials
- Retain ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, templates, and frameworks
- Reuse general knowledge, techniques, and methodologies
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual project agreements. General payment terms include:
- Payment schedules are defined in project proposals or contracts
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the agreement
- Late payments may incur interest charges and suspension of services
- All prices are in the currency specified in the agreement
- Taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement
7. Project Timelines and Deliverables
Project timelines and deliverables are specified in individual project agreements. We commit to:
- Providing realistic timelines based on project scope
- Communicating any delays or changes promptly
- Delivering work that meets agreed-upon specifications
Timelines may be adjusted if the client fails to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner, or if the project scope changes.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete project requirements
- Providing timely feedback and approvals
- Providing necessary content, materials, and access
- Ensuring they have rights to any materials they provide
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintaining backups of their data
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- To infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- To transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- To engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- To interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
- To collect user information without consent

10. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However:

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

- Results may vary based on factors outside our control
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPDOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AppDook and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or materials you provide.
13. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our business relationship. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and trade secrets. This obligation continues even after the termination of our business relationship. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activities
- Request by law enforcement or government agencies
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
15. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services:
- The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations
- If negotiations fail, the parties may pursue mediation before resorting to litigation
- Any legal action must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to the claim
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any project-specific agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AppDook regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
